Port Logistics Function Evaluation Model Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS Method

Port logistics has developed rapidly, but due to late start, poor foundation, and other reasons, there are still some deficiencies in the development process; for example, port capacity is weak, low efficiency hindered of ports. Therefore, this paper puts forward evaluation model function based on entropy weight TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity an Ideal Solution) method. Analyze factors that affect operation effect logistics, extract four key indicators, construct index factors. Entropy method used calculate each factor so as quantify thus determining scoring standard indicator, obtaining comprehensive standard, realizing evaluation. The experimental results show realize effective use resources protection environment, it not only needs conduct also take into account logistics. It great significance study improving core competitiveness enterprises driving sustainable economic surrounding areas.
